We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Website Design Terms

If you engage us for website design services, the following applies:

• Project Scope: A detailed scope of work will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
• Client Responsibilities: You must provide timely feedback, content, images, and approvals required to progress the project.
• Revisions: The number of design revisions included will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final website files and assets unless otherwise agreed. Tech Visionex retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with us in a timely and professional manner
• Secure necessary permissions for all content, images, or third-party materials you provide
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be detailed in your project proposal or invoice.
• For website design projects: typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
• All invoices are payable within 7 days.
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and marketing materials created by Tech Visionex remain our intellectual property until payment is completed in full. After final payment, ownership of custom assets will transfer to the client, excluding open-source elements or licensed materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Visionex shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Downtime caused by third-party platforms or hosting providers

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, all unpaid balances remain due.

Third-party Services

We may use third-party platforms or plugins (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, Mailchimp). You agree to their respective terms of use and licensing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
