You will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours of submission.
A resolution will be provided within 30 working days from acknowledgment.

4. Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request an escalation review directly by replying to the same thread and addressing your concern to the Founder’s Office.
All escalations are reviewed personally by Mr. Salman Shaikh, ensuring transparency and fairness in every case.
