Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tech Visonex, we value your trust and are committed to delivering quality digital solutions, educational programs, and automation services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations, and refund requests for our digital products, courses, workshops, memberships, and services.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Tech Visonex (including digital products, online courses, workshops, and automation services) are governed by this policy.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

Since our products and courses are digitally delivered and immediately accessible, we follow a no-refund policy once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  • Payment processed but access not provided within 7 business days.
  • Verified billing error or incorrect charge.

All refund requests must be made in writing to hello@techvisonex.com within 7 days of purchase, including proof of payment.

3. Workshops, Events & Memberships

  • Workshops or Live Events:
    Cancellation requests made 7 days before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (50%).
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  • Membership Subscriptions:
    Users can cancel memberships at any time from their account dashboard.
    Once canceled, access remains valid until the current billing period ends.
    No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

4. Services & Consulting Projects

For marketing, automation, or consulting services, refunds are not applicable once a project has been initiated or work has begun, as resources and time are allocated immediately.

However, if work has not started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund (70%) may be granted after internal review.

All project cancellations must be formally requested via email at hello@techvisonex.com.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may lead to account suspension and legal action if proven false.

6. Delivery of Services

  • Access to digital content (courses, templates, tools) is granted via registered email immediately or within 24 hours.

  • Service-based projects (marketing or automation) follow agreed timelines shared during onboarding.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

8. Changes to Policy

Tech Visonex reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
All changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
