These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of techvisionex.com and the services provided by Tech Visionex ("we", "our", "us"), a digital growth agency operating from Mumbai and Kolkata, serving clients online. By using our website, booking an audit, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Specific projects may have additional terms in a written proposal or agreement, which take precedence where they differ.

/01 Our services

Tech Visionex provides digital growth services including:

• Web design & development
• Sales funnels & marketing automation
• Performance marketing (Meta and Google Ads management)
• Social media marketing
• SEO & content strategy

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal shared after your free growth audit. If it isn't in the proposal, it isn't in scope — and if you need more, we'll quote it honestly instead of guessing.

/02 Quotes, proposals, and acceptance

• Free audits and estimates carry no obligation.
• A project begins once you approve the written proposal and pay the agreed advance (where applicable).
• Proposals are typically valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

/03 Payments

• Project work is generally billed as an agreed advance before work begins and the balance on or before delivery, unless the proposal states otherwise.
• Monthly services (e.g., ad management, SEO, social media) are billed monthly in advance, on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in.
• Ad spend is separate. Budgets paid to Meta, Google, or other platforms are your direct costs and are not part of our service fee.
• Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days may pause active work until cleared.

/04 Your responsibilities

Great results are a two-way street. To deliver well, we rely on you to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and content (brand assets, copy inputs, product details) needed for the project.
• Ensure materials you supply (text, images, logos, claims) are yours to use and don't infringe third-party rights.
• Maintain access to the accounts and platforms required for the work (hosting, domains, ad accounts, analytics).
• Keep advertising content aligned with platform policies and applicable law — we'll guide you, but final business claims are yours.

Delays in client inputs shift timelines accordingly; we'll always flag this early rather than surprise you.

/05 Results disclaimer

We work in strategies, systems, and probabilities — not guarantees. Any figures, case studies, or examples we share (including on this website) are illustrative of our methods. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control: market conditions, competition, budget, seasonality, platform algorithm changes, and your own product and offer. We commit to best-effort, data-driven execution and full transparency in reporting — never to a specific revenue figure.

/06 Revisions and scope changes

• Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its proposal (typically two on design deliverables).
• Additional revisions or new requirements are quoted separately before we start them.
• We'd rather tell you the cost upfront than bill you the surprise later — that's Sidq (truthfulness) in practice.

/07 Intellectual property

• Once final payment is received, the deliverables created for you (website, designs, ad creatives, funnels) are transferred to you.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Our internal frameworks, templates, code libraries, and know-how remain ours and are licensed to you as part of the deliverables.
• Stock assets, fonts, or third-party components used are subject to their respective licenses.

/08 Third-party platforms

Work involving Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting providers, email tools, or other third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' terms and policies. We aren't responsible for account restrictions, policy changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms — but we will always advise you on how to minimize risk.

/09 Cancellation and termination

• Monthly services: cancel anytime with notice before the next billing cycle — no lock-in, no exit fees.
• Fixed projects: you may pause or cancel in writing. Work completed to date is billed; the advance covers the portion already delivered.
• Either side may terminate for material breach if it isn't remedied within 14 days of written notice.
• On ending any engagement, we'll hand over accounts, files, and access in an orderly transition. We don't hold assets hostage.

/10 Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. Business data, strategies, credentials, and customer information are treated as confidential, accessed only by the core team on a need-to-know basis, and never used for anyone else's benefit. Our handling of personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

/11 Warranties and limitation of liability

We provide our services with skill, care, and diligence. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those in your proposal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

/12 Website use

This website is for information and enquiry purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use its content to impersonate Tech Visionex. Our content, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.

/13 Disputes and governing law

We'd rather solve any disagreement with a conversation than a courtroom — contact us first and we'll make it right. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

/14 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. For ongoing engagements, the version referenced in your proposal applies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
